  • In clinical supervision, where anonymous material may be discussed to maintain ethical standards

Any disclosures will be discussed with you unless this would increase risk.

To make a Subject Access Request, please email me with proof of identity. I will respond within 30 calendar days.

Therapy services are not offered to individuals under 16 without parental or guardian consent. I do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without proper authorisation.

10. Recording and Privacy

Please do not record sessions without prior consent. Covert recording breaches trust and may lead to immediate termination of services.

11. Payment Information

Payments via bank transfer can remain anonymous using a reference code. If you include your name, this may appear on my bank statement, which is stored securely and accessed only by me. Any statements used for tax or legal purposes will be redacted.
